Spay / Neuter Coupons

The Laramie Animal Welfare Society believes that income should not be a barrier to responsible pet ownership.  Indeed, often the neediest among us are in the most dire need of the love and support a companion animal can provide.  Toward this end, w e offer coupons to needy Albany County Families or Individuals to help offset some of the cost for dogs, cats, and rabbits.
