CopperCopper is the definition of an easygoing, smart, and loving companion. She’s a thoughtful pup who enjoys being close to her people and would happily curl up on the couch for a cozy afternoon. Unlike her brother, Copper prefers warmth and comfort and is perfectly content spending much of her day indoors. She’s incredibly bright and picks up on routines quickly; she understands where to go potty, responds well to commands she knows, and has a naturally gentle demeanor. Copper has lived with other dogs and absolutely loves cats, making her a great candidate for a multi-pet home. Copper has been around children and done well, especially with calm, respectful interactions. She would be a wonderful match for a family with well-mannered kids, an older adult, or just about anyone looking for a loyal, low-key companion who’s still playful but not overwhelming. She came to us from the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming.
